Membership Agreement

As a member-driven, participatory organization, our success is contingent on you. We provide opportunities for you to learn and grow your business in a more sustainable way and require your participation, which will ultimately be to your benefit.

If accepted, you or a representative of your business will be strongly encouraged to attend the next quarterly meeting, and at least one each year thereafter. Quarterly meetings are held on, or near, the second Friday of March, June, September, and December. You will be notified via email of these meetings well in advance. All members are required to display at our annual Green Business Expo here in Prescott. There is no fee to display at the Expo if you are a member and it is an excellent opportunity for meeting prospective clients. Lunch is included at all of our meetings for one representative of your business as well as at the Expo for members in good standing.

You will receive an electronic ballot during our election cycle and are required to complete the ballot and submit it. Failure to do so will be grounds for immediate dismissal with no refunds. Voting for board members and other positions is a condition of membership, although you may abstain by contacting the election committee if the situation warrants.

After review of your application a representative from the Board of Directors will contact you to schedule a visit to your place of business to meet you and learn more about your business. Upon acceptance, your annual membership dues of $75 are due and payable to Green To Gold Business Network in cash, check, or money order.

By joining the Green To Gold Business Network, I agree to be a member in good standing and participate at or above the minimum requirements stated and follow all guidelines. I understand that I am not an official representative of Green To Gold Business Network and that I will not speak to the media or other organizations, government entities, or businesses in that capacity.
